The ordering and delivery went smooth and seamless. The product (Bike rack) arrived in good order but is lacking in a couple areas. The straps to lock the bikes in, requires undoing it each time. The rack rode on the car very well without rubbing or causing any damage to the car. The straps are long and will fly in the wind if not tied down or to each other. A lady's bike does not work on this rack unless you purchase the bike frame adaptor. The adaptor worked great and is highly recommended if trying to load and unload a lady's bike.

I like that it's easy to assemble and is sturdy. I do not like that it doesn't come with straps to make sure the front of the bike won't swing. This can be fixed by using any rope.

Easy to assemble and easy to use. Drove 30 minutes one way, highway and residential - bike didn't bounce and stayed steady. No movement or loosening on the machine. It was easy to assemble and put on my trunk and easy to take it off. I recommend this product, it's easy to use and does what I want it to do: hold my bike and keep it safe while I drive.
