United StatesProduct appears strong and well made. Assembly and installation is easy and straightforward. You might think that the product doesn't tighten up real well in the 2" receiver. But that's because you didn't unlock the rack insert first. Don't ask how I figured that out. All I can say is read the directions. I know that's a lot to ask for some of us.
