Locking Knob for Allen Bike Rack

We were so happy to find out that we could order this one piece rather than having to order a new bike rack. At some point we feel that the knob was overtightened and we could not lock the rack to the receiver. Ordering the know on line was fast .. we had the new part in les than a week. Thank you.
