Easy to replace with just an allen wrench. They fit perfectly. Shipping cost is way too much.
United StatesThese replacement items worked great. Two suggestions: 1) Strap could be slightly thicker and stiffer. 2) Include shipping charge in the price of the product and increase the price of each unit. Overall, love the rack and love these replacement tie down cradles.
United StatesSo awesome that Allen provides these replacements! Over time the straps unfortunately deteriorate from this hot Texas sun. But the bike rack itself is in solid condition. Being able to buy these replacements for it made it like brand new again.
United StatesWe have had our bike rack for several years now and one strap finally broke so we purchased these cradle replacement parts. Easy to replace. The new part seems to be exactly like what we pulled off, which as I said lasted for years. My ONLY complaint is that the shipping was more than the part itself. I wound up buying several cradles and paid the same amount in shipping so that hurt. But the parts themselves are great.
