Keys are fine shipping expensive

Keys work great. Shipping was way to much, especially when it eas sent USPS.But I guess they figure you need the keys so they can price gouge a bit on shipping.

Efficient service

I lost the keys for locking the bike rack. Went online to Allen.bike and found that the model I needed was out of stock. I needed soon to get my rack off my truck hitch. I submitted email to be alerted when back in stock. Was alerted within 2 days. Ordered keys and had them by the end of the week, and by the time I needed to take the rack off hitch. Very clean and efficient process. Thank you Allen Sports!!
