You Found It

I have attached it and feel secure with the added stability of the bike rack. I was really impressed with the help I had from the customer service rep. I only had a description of what I wanted and no part number or name. They understood what I wanted and found it. Better yet, they kept communicating until we found it. Thanks to the rep.

Excellent!

I was dealing with my original straps where the elastic had dry-rotted and no longer stretched. The new straps are perfect and make taking my bike rack on and off SO MUCH EASIER!! Definitely worth every penny.
