I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my kids…HA! So, nowhere on their site does it say that none of their products are compatible with Ebikes. NOWHERE! It only says to check with your bike shop…which has no idea what type of hitch these products use and therefore can not answer that question. Then, once I buy a special 10mm hitch and file it down so everything fits right, I put my kids in it and my poor son…his balls are being severely smooshed by the strap for his 5pt harness! They designed it with the buckle being so close to the child’s body, that he was literally half sitting in it!! It claims two 50lb children can fit in it safely, however my son is only 40lbs, and my daughter is 34lbs…..yet they don’t fit at all! Not together at least. I am very disappointed in this company & the fact that their customer service lady was straight up rude didn’t help. I called to ask if they had another hitch and to ask why they didn’t state that Ebikes couldn’t be used….she was very rude and when I asked if I could speak with a supervisor she straight hung up on me! I would’ve returned the trailer, however I got rid of the box and I’m not sure I can detach it from my bike at this point, unfortunately. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the trailer itself is great! The company is what sucks.
We got this for our little guy to ride around with his grandpa, and they are both really enjoying it. I'm very happy with the safety features, and it's easy to assemble and hook up.
Easy to assemble with good instructions. Pulls smoothly and tracked well with build in spring at hitch point. Using with my 35 lbs, 3 year old grandson. He is tall so leg room a challenge but still works good. Great buy!
Excellent - timely delivery and highest quality
After receiving the trailer, It was very easy to put it together since most of it is already together. I set the hitch up on my wife's EBike and she did a test run with it. I put a 50 Lb bag in the trailer and my wife had no trouble pulling it. As a matter of fact unless she was going uphill she hardly knew she had it behind her.
