United States United States United StatesMy Allen hitch bike rack has been down a lot of bad, dusty, muddy, and bumpy roads and hit by salt spray more than once late or early in the season. The locking mechanism was becoming hard to turn and the expansion piece for 2" hitch no longer stopped wobbling. I replaced the tightening/lock skewer and the expansion brick and it works like new. Shipped quick too.
