What straps?

I was given a bike rack to haul my bicycles with my van, but with no straps. Allen was quick to respond with the correct part numbers, which I’ve ordered. Thank you!

Shipping charges too high

Product was excellent, but postage was way too expensive, offer an option of slower delivery at lower cost. In hindsite, almost better to order a complete new rack with free shipping, and use the old rack for replacement parts.
