I've now used this rack for 3 years. We have taken a couple of round trips from Boston to Naples ,Florida and multiple shorter trips. We have not put on more than two bikes but I can se that 4 bikes, while it might be crowded is possible. The rack has held up really well. Easy to assemble. No wobble in the trailer hitch. Going to try it out today with an e bike that weighs about 50 pounds. Overall, I would highly recommend the rack. Sturdy, durable and lockable.

Good reasonable delivery time; Excellent quality and Design. Specifically the welds, paint finish and graphics. Looks nice on my car. I recommend watching the You Tube Allen feature on how to tighten the carrier to the hitch. I also plan to order the stabilizing plate sold separately on line at Amazon which eliminates bike sway in route. Bungees also help. I tested the carrier with grandson's trail bike and it operated as designed. I have a Nissan Cube 2010 with a U-Haul hitch installation.

Good rack but doesn't line up right

The rack is solid and stable. However, when the arm is up the 4 holes do not line up well enough to have the pin slide in easily and I have had to pound it in with a hammer. Not sure if asking for a new one would matter. However, please make sure you check the alignment before you send it out next time.

Good Rack but Wobbly.

This rack works great for non-highway transport of bikes. I don’t feel comfortable taking this rack on the freeway since it wobbles laterally. The bikes attach well enough but the rocking motion detracts from it.
