I just received the 4 Bike Premier hitch rack. Like the assembly and overall design so far..it had a broken tie down post on a cradle…but requested a new piece and I was shocked I had it just a couple days no questions asked….SUPER Business and they do care for their customers, if only every company did this how grand that would be..FANTASTIC THANKS
United StatesI have replaced old straps on my bike rack. I have not had the opportunity as yet to use the rack but look forward to using it next month

United StatesI have replaced these straps a couple times now on my bike rack. Not sure if I am just pulling too hard when I strap in my bike. Quick replacement was appreciated. $8.50 shipping charge for a small item was not appreciated.
