United StatesThe item (part) sold is a great replacement for replacing the broken straps to my bike rack. Unfortunately, I thought (assumed) they came in pairs for $7.50 and only received 4 straps. Unfortunately, it's $7.50 each for 8 straps which will come up to $60 + $5.25 tax + $12 shipping = $77.25. A new bike rack is currently $79.99. I should have just bought a new bike rack instead of replacing the straps. Otherwise, the product works great.

United StatesVery good product - reliable replacement. No problems with installation. The 3 bike rack has been through years of tough weather. Bent in a car wash and straighten back out in a welding shop. Reasonably priced. Timely delivery...Business as it should be!
