United StatesThe products are what I wanted. I took a chance because your website says they are not for the "gray and white" cradles. However, my Allen rack has cradles that are gray and white. Maybe actual model numbers or pictures would help clarify things. But it turned out well for me.
United StatesTook no time to find the correct ones. Price was reasonable. Delivery was quick. Perfect fit. I had to replace 2 of my straps after the thief who cut the cable on my bike also cut the strap to take it off the rack.

Like the assembly and overall design so far..it had a broken tie down post on a cradle…but requested a new piece and I was shocked I had it just a couple days no questions asked….SUPER Business and they do care for their customers, if only every company did this how grand that would be..FANTASTIC THANKS
