Great product

I have a SUV and most of the directions were geared towards a "trunk" installation. I was a little confused and needed some assistance but finally figured it out.

Due to weather, I have only used it once Not so easy to attach to my car. Written instructions for installation are different from the installation video. Heavy duty product Email customer support was excellent. Having had a previous Allen rack break a strap while driving, a customer service phone contact would have been helpful.
